Introduction to ProfitShare Connect:

The Exciting ProfitShare Connect program is designed to incentivize and reward students, influencers, recruiting agencies, and marketers who bring leads for courses, consulting services, college training, and corporate training offered by Bookspotz or the Human AI Srinidhi Ranganathan’s personal brand.

This model offers a flexible, performance-based revenue-sharing approach that creates mutual growth opportunities while aligning with the strategic goals of each entity.

Terms and Conditions

General Applicability

• This revenue-sharing model applies to qualified lead generators, including students, influencers, recruiting agencies, and marketers who enroll in the program via the designated application process.
• Participants in this program will receive a percentage of revenue generated from successful conversions of leads they provide.
• Lead verification and qualification criteria will be determined and monitored by the respective brand’s team.

Revenue Share Percentage

• For each successful conversion, lead generators are entitled to the following revenue share:
  • Courses: 15% of the course fee (excluding GST and other taxes).
  • Consulting services: 15% of the consultation package of AI Consulting, AGI Consulting and VIP Consulting (applicable for the initial first 5 consulting sessions).
  • College or University training programs: 15% of the program fee.
  • Corporate training programs: 15%, depending on the training volume and scope.

Model Applicability for Srinidhi Ranganathan’s Personal Brand

1. Applicable only for:
   • Traditional Digital marketing courses.
   • AI mentorship programs.
   • Growth-hacking Consulting Services.
2. Exclusively managed by Srinidhi and his in-house team.
3. Revenue sharing will be paid monthly after the reconciliation of successful lead conversions.
4. Leads must align with Srinidhi’s niche offerings, including digital marketing, AI mentorship, and related tech training.

Model Applicability for BookSpotz and New Bots Studio

1. Applicable for AI-powered Services from New Bots Studio.
2. Train-the-trainer model and add-ons for BookSpotz courses are not eligible for revenue-sharing under this model.
3. BookSpotz’s admin team will independently handle lead validation and commission disbursement.
4. Revenue share payments will be processed in exactly 90 days after successful payment of student or client,.
5. Leads must be submitted through the dedicated excel sheet which Bookspotz team will give access.

Lead Eligibility Criteria

• Leads must provide complete contact information and consent for communication.
• Leads must express genuine interest in the program, verified by an initial interaction.
• Duplicate or unverified leads will not qualify for revenue sharing.

Disqualification Criteria

• Leads from unverified sources or those found to engage in fraudulent activities.
• Failure to adhere to brand guidelines or misrepresentation of offerings.
• Leads with incorrect or incomplete contact details.

Program Management

• Each lead generator will receive a unique ID to track their performance.
• Regular performance reports will be shared via email.
• Any disputes regarding revenue share payouts must be raised within 30 days of payment.

Exclusivity Clause

• ProfitShare Connect participants agree to promote only the approved services and courses listed under the program.
• Direct competition with the brand’s offerings during participation in the program is strictly prohibited.

Termination Clause

• The program can be terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice.
• Breach of terms by the participant will result in immediate disqualification without payout of pending commissions.
