I am the Mayor of Wurzburg, a proud and stubborn man, but today, I write to you as a humbled soul. I want to share the tale of our town's darkest hour and how we emerged stronger and united through compassion and bravery.

I once dismissed the legend of Cinderella, our town's beloved daughter turned vengeful zombie, as nothing more than old wives' tales. Believe me! The disappearances were merely coincidences, I insisted, and her ghoulish wails were but a trick of the wind.

But as the darkness fell on one fateful evening during our harvest festival, the truth was revealed most horrifyingly.

Cinderella, her once beautiful features twisted by a terrible curse, emerged from the shadows with a bone-chilling roar. Panic ensued as our townspeople scattered in fear. I felt the weight of responsibility crush my pride as I watched the chaos unfold.

My heart pounding with terror and guilt, I gathered the bravest among us, and together we ventured into the darkness to confront the cursed creature. With makeshift weapons and our courage, we faced Cinderella, her eyes burning with insatiable hunger.

As we fought with all our might, I couldn't help but feel a pang of sorrow for the woman she once was – beautiful, graceful, and kind.

In our moment of despair, a young girl stepped forward, her eyes filled with determination. She spoke to Cinderella with empathy and compassion, urging her to let go of her rage. As the creature's malevolent glow faded, I felt hope rise within me.

With a mournful wail, Cinderella dissipated into the night, her curse lifted at last. Our town was finally free from her haunting presence, but we would never forget the terror we faced or the bravery of the young girl who showed compassion in the face of darkness.

Cinderella's legend became a chilling memory, but more importantly, a testament to the power of empathy and the strength of our community.

As the Mayor of Wurzburg, I have learned a valuable lesson. I now understand the importance of listening to my people, acknowledging their fears, and supporting them in times of darkness.

Together, we faced our greatest challenge and emerged stronger and united. May this tale serve as a reminder of the transformative power of compassion, and may our town continue to thrive in peace and unity.
